The LCC Career Development Center exists to guide and educate LCC students and alumni in their career development.

The CDC aids students in navigating the highly competitive job market of Lithuania and other EU-counties, a market that allows employers to look beyond potential employees' degrees or specializations and select only the best.

Many employers describe LCC graduates as confident and well-prepared employees who take initiative in the workplace. This is not an accident. Seminars, workshops, mock interviews for a job, volunteer and leadership experience, unpaid and paid work opportunities are all to the benefit of LCC students enabling them to plan their careers.
